Siemens Gigaset ZX1 Bluetooth device

Siemens has come out with a great Bluetooth device called the Gigaset ZX1 Class 1 Bluetooth Communicator with DSP 2 technology. With this device, you will be able to connect simultaneously to any compatible Bluetooth-enabled cordless or mobile phone while streaming music from a separate music source up to 100 meters.

The company also claims that the Gigaset ZX1 Bluetooth Communicator combines voice noise reduction and speech enhancement to help cut out external noise and interference. What is more, you could also act like a nerd and wear this device around your neck to avoid loosing it.

The Gigaset ZX1 is equipped with an additional standard headphone socket that allows for the use of wired headphones or even a PC gaming headset.

Users can also purchase the Gigaset ZX1 in a package with the Gigaset ZX2 which is also Class 1 Bluetooth adapter that enables any PC, TV or home stereo system (with headphone jack) to use Bluetooth audio connectivity.

With automatic alerts to incoming calls, the Gigaset ZX1 enables users to switch between music and calls at the touch of a button. For this to work, the user would need the Gigaset ZX2 to be connected to a music source or even the television, and the Gigaset ZX1 paired with a Bluetooth enabled mobile device.

The Gigaset ZX1 will be available in April 2007 and will cost 139 Euros (Rs.8162). the package including the Gigaset ZX1 and the Gigaset ZX2 will cost 159 Euros (Rs.9356)
